The "Why" behind Borda
Hi, I'm Isak. Before Borda, I led Customer Success teams where we had amazing products but a broken implementation process.
We tried everything. Shared spreadsheets became outdated instantly. Project management tools were too complex for customers. Email threads were a black hole where attachments went to die.
I realized that what we needed wasn't another internal tool—we needed a shared workspace. A place where vendors and customers could meet in the middle.
That's why I built Borda. To replace the friction with flow, and give every new customer the red carpet experience they deserve.
